Code of Conduct/Anti-Harassment

The Froth Barrel Sodality is dedicated to providing a harassment-free (including bullying-free) event experience for everyone, regardless of sex, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability (mental or physical), physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants (including attendees, volunteers, organizers, etc.) in any form. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers. Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

• Verbal comments related to sex, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability;
• (mental or physical), physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion;
• Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following;
• Harassing or non-consensual photography or video/audio recording;
• Sustained disruption of events;
• Inappropriate physical contact;
• Unwelcome sexual attention; or
• Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviour.

If a participant engages in harassing behaviour, organisers retain the right to take any actions to keep the event

a welcoming environment for all participants. This includes warning the offender or expulsion from the event

with no refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other

concerns, please contact a member of the event organizers immediately.
